		<description>How things keep recurring!  By now some of us will realise that nearly ALL projects are like this.  The bells and whistles are there to make the development company give value for money.  Although not a software guy (my field is antenna design), I have worked for a software company and seen exactly what you describe. The one month projects go without a hitch while the 18 month ones are bogged down. KISS is the answer, but it takes a strong man to insist on it.</description>
