If a leader doesn&#039;t respect his employees, for example, the employees will in turn be morphed into disrespecting their customers and theses will in turn churn away. Not only has that, disrespecting teammates create a climate of disrespect for everything including disrespect for promises and delivery times. A chain of negative reactions result and the business will surely suffer.
Healthy interactions lead to healthy results. The opposite is true. Lack of trust and respect are unhealthy signs and may only lead to unhealthy outcomes</description>
